Return & Refund Policy

At (DOS AMIGAS COMPANY) Calmistry, each piece is created and packed with care. We hope you love what you receive. However, if something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
By placing an order with Calmistry, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns
Due to the thoughtful and small-batch nature of our products, we accept returns only in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Items reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for return or replacement.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in finish, tone, or texture, as these are natural characteristics of small-batch production.
Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Replacements
If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.
If the product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative solution or proceed with a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible or applicable.
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Calmistry will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup where possible.
We request that items are packed securely to prevent further damage during transit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
