At Calmistry, every order is prepared and packed with care. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders so you know what to expect at every step.

By placing an order with Calmistry, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order is prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details to follow your shipment.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

If your location is serviceable by our delivery partners, your order will be delivered directly to your provided shipping address.

For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Calmistry may offer free shipping as part of special promotions or order value thresholds.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you do not receive tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us and we will assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email details are entered correctly at the time of placing your order.

Calmistry is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the package cannot be delivered after repeated attempts due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos, if applicable.

We will review the issue and provide appropriate support.

Unexpected Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather disruptions, courier service interruptions, or regional restrictions.
